Founding Full Stack Engineer
Engineering
Build the core platform that processes clinical trial documents and generates audit-ready decision records. You'll work across the stack — from document ingestion pipelines to the React frontend.
What we're looking for:
- •5+ years of software engineering experience
- •Strong TypeScript/React and Python skills
- •Experience with document processing or NLP pipelines
- •Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
Machine Learning Engineer
Engineering
Design and implement the AI systems that extract insights from monitoring reports, generate compliant rationale, and learn from historical decisions. You'll shape how our models understand clinical trial oversight.
What we're looking for:
- •3+ years ML engineering experience
- •Experience with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation
- •Strong Python skills and MLOps experience
- •Interest in regulated/high-stakes AI applications
Clinical Operations Lead
Product
Bring deep clinical trial expertise to shape our product. You'll work directly with customers, translate regulatory requirements into product specs, and ensure our outputs meet the bar for FDA inspections.
What we're looking for:
- •7+ years in clinical operations or medical monitoring
- •Direct experience with sponsor oversight responsibilities
- •Familiarity with ICH E6(R3) and 21 CFR Part 11
- •Excellent communication skills
Founding Customer Success Manager
Customer Success
Own the end-to-end customer journey for our pilot customers. You'll onboard new sponsors, ensure successful deployments, gather feedback, and build the playbook for scaling customer success.
What we're looking for:
- •4+ years in customer success or implementation
- •Experience with enterprise SaaS in life sciences
- •Strong project management skills
- •Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Account Executive
Sales
Drive revenue growth by bringing Panoptive to clinical trial sponsors. You'll run the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — and help define our go-to-market motion.
What we're looking for:
- •5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- •Track record of selling to life sciences or healthcare
- •Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- •Hunter mentality with consultative selling skills
